It’s said that Battlestar Galactica co-creator, Ronald D. Moore, will be writing a Sci-Fi trilogy for Tom Cruise’s movie studio, United Artists. Moore co-wrote Star Trek: First Contact and Star Trek: Generations.

George Lucas’s new sci-fi universe - Star Wars: The Clone Wars, a computer-animated movie due in theatres in August, will be followed by a TV series, to air on the Cartoon Network.
